Message her in writing during your booked hours. One person writes for your group.
Support is provided during your booked hours, from 7 am to 7 pm Mauritius time.

How support hours work
Support runs daily from 7 am to 7 pm Mauritius time and starts at your confirmed booked time. For US$10 and US$25, the clock pauses overnight. Advice is written, not a continuous call; the first-reply target is 15 minutes during booked hours.
Written WhatsApp support
A private written conversation with one person from your group. Photos, screenshots and links are welcome; calls and voice notes are not included.
You stay in control
With the base packages, you make your own bookings. Approved booking assistance is only available with the one-day add-on.

About Maria
Meet Maria, your travel adviser
Hi, I’m Maria, the founder of TripKindly and a travel adviser based in Mauritius. Rodrigues holds a special place in my life: my parents have lived there, and I visit around three times a year. My Thailand experience comes from repeated visits over two years, including organising my own independent trips.
TripKindly began with my first trip to Thailand in April 2023. Agency prices and suggested activities didn’t fit the trip I had in mind, so I spent months researching and planning it myself. It showed me how much time and uncertainty travellers face somewhere unfamiliar.
You stay in control of your choices. I help with the research, explain the options and work through your questions with you.
